  No. Though most of our residential auctions take place online, a number of our foreclosure auctions are held live at public venues.

• How do I register to bid online for a property I'd like to buy?

  Find the property you're interested in, click on it. From there you'll be asked to log in or create an account (if you don’t have one). Once logged in, follow the step-by-step registration instructions.

  Some properties require additional bidding qualifications and will be identified as such. In such a case, I will contact you via email and telephone, providing specific instructions on how to gain approval to bid on these special properties.

• I am trying to register for the auction tomorrow but am having problems. Why?

  Registration for online auctions opens from the minute a property is assigned an auction date right up to the auction ending date. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
